1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AdonaiHR's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our recruitment and HR consultancy services, including our website, candidate placement services, and all related communications.

2. Service Description

AdonaiHR provides comprehensive recruitment and HR consultancy services including but not limited to:

  • Talent sourcing and candidate identification
  • Candidate screening and assessment
  • Interview coordination and management
  • Background verification and reference checks
  • Employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Market intelligence and salary benchmarking

Our services are provided on a professional basis with industry-standard practices and methodologies.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of AdonaiHR, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete job requirements and specifications
  • Respond to candidate submissions within agreed timeframes
  • Conduct interviews in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide feedback on candidates within 48 hours of interviews
  • Honor salary and benefit commitments made to placed candidates
  • Not directly approach candidates for other positions without prior agreement

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Fees are due within 30 days of successful candidate placement
  • Placement fees are typically 15-25% of the candidate's first-year salary
  • Retained search fees may be structured differently as agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

5. Guarantee Period

AdonaiHR provides a 90-day guarantee period for all permanent placements. If a placed candidate:

  • Resigns voluntarily within 90 days
  • Is terminated for cause within 90 days
  • Is found to have misrepresented qualifications

We will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee, subject to the same terms and conditions.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Proprietary business information
  • Candidate personal information and career details
  • Salary and compensation structures
  • Internal organizational information
  • Strategic business plans and initiatives

7. Limitation of Liability

AdonaiHR's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Candidate performance after the guarantee period
  • Third-party actions or decisions

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
  • Ongoing candidate processes will be completed or transferred
  • All proprietary materials must be returned

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
